The Challenge
In early 2020, BIGfish PR approached Clutch seeking assistance with their website. Their off-the-shelf WordPress theme was no longer receiving updates, leaving their site in a precarious state. There were concerns that the website’s functionality and user experience might be compromised, thereby impacting the business.
